Our machine set allows us to manufacture elements with weight 3 to 450 grams. POLMO has presses for pressing and calibration with the pressing force up to 200 Tons.
The sintering process takes place in a protective atmosphere in one of our five special belt furnaces.
Auxiliary equipment enables application of secondary operations like: calibration, steam-treatment, tumbling, shot blasting, and oil impregnation.
We also use specialized equipment for machining and assembly.
The products manufactured by our company are characterized with high accuracy and durability, and are manufactured in a technological process suitable to the customer’s expected requirements.
